The Personalized Whole Child Blueprint is an individualized written service designed to help you take a closer look at one primary concern affecting your child.

After completing a comprehensive intake, email the completed intake back to me with your responses. This responses will be individually reviewed through a whole-child lens. Your personalized Blueprint will combine practical behavioral strategies with educational considerations that may help you better understand factors influencing the concern and determine meaningful next steps.

Allow 3-5 Business days after turning in the intake form for the individualized plan
